The salary Range for this position is $70-75k
We offer a hybrid workplace with three days onsite in our corporate office-Tuesday through Thursday in Waitsfield, VT.
The Shopper Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving brand performance across key retail channels by owning core shopper marketing capabilities while supporting broader program execution. You will be responsible for managing the digital shelf, coupon and promotional tools, budget stewardship, and agency workflows, while also gaining hands-on exposure to the execution of omnichannel shopper marketing programs.
Please be both detail-oriented and collaborative, with a strong operational mindset and a desire to develop deeper expertise in shopper marketing strategy and execution.
What you'll be doing:
Core Responsibilities
Digital Shelf Management
  • Own and optimize digital shelf presence across key retail partners and e-commerce platforms
  • Partner with internal teams and agencies to ensure product content is accurate, optimized, and aligned with brand standards
  • Monitor digital shelf KPIs (e.g., content compliance, search, ratings & reviews) and recommend optimizations

Coupon & Promotional Management
  • Manage coupon strategy and execution across digital and retailer platforms
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely setup, testing, and deployment
  • Track redemption performance and support post-promotion analysis

Budget Management & Tracking
  • Own shopper marketing budget tracking, forecasting, and reconciliation
  • Ensure accurate accruals, invoices, and agency billing
  • Provide regular budget updates and reporting to stakeholders

Agency & Internal Workflow Support
  • Act as a key point of coordination between agencies and internal teams
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, creative trafficking, and approvals
  • Support briefing processes and ensure projects stay on track and on budget

Shopper Marketing Program Exposure & Execution
In addition to core responsibilities, this role will have opportunities to:
  • Support execution of key shopper marketing programs across in-store, digital, and omnichannel touchpoints
  • Assist with retailer-specific initiatives and other activations
  • Participate in campaign wrap-ups and performance evaluations
  • Gain exposure to shopper insights, media planning, and retail execution best practices

What we are seeking:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in shopper marketing, brand marketing, retail marketing, or a related discipline
  • Experience working with agencies and cross-functional internal teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Comfort managing budgets, timelines, and multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with retailer platforms and campaign management tools is a plus
