Job description

Position Overview:

Golf Shop Associate/Golf Privileges /Seasonal, full and part-time

If you like golf and you like people, this is the best seat in the club.

The Legend Clubs is hiring Golf Shop Associates for the 2026 season. You will run the shop floor alongside our golf professional staff, helping members find the right club or the right jacket, managing the tee sheet, and keeping the shop looking sharp. The golf shop is the hub of the club. You will know everyone by name inside a month.

•   Run the point of sale and handle member charges accurately

•   Manage the tee sheet with our golf professional staff, booking and adjusting times

•   Merchandise the floor and keep displays looking the way a private club should

•   Help receive new product and track what is selling

What we are looking for

•   You enjoy talking to people and you remember names

•   You are comfortable on a computer. We will teach you our specific systems.

•   You are accurate with money and details

•   You can handle a phone call, a member at the counter, and a tee time change at the same time

Golf experience is a plus, not a requirement.

What you get

•   $12 per hour, paid biweekly

•   Golf privileges at all Legend Clubs courses

•   Merchandise discount / staff meals / uniform provided

•   Flexible scheduling that works around school

•   First look at new product every season, and a real look at how a golf shop gets bought and run

•   A genuine path into the golf industry if you want one

Schedule and requirements

Weekday, weekend, and some holiday availability. We build the schedule around you. Must be 18 or older, comfortable being on your feet for a shift, and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
