Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to inventory management, order fulfillment, and overall warehouse distribution. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse processes and the ability to operate various equipment safely and effectively.


Duties

  • Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Perform picking, packing and labeling duties for order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing shipments.
  • Assist in shipping and receiving operations, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
  • Engage in heavy lifting and materials handling as required by the demands of the job.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance mechanical knowledge and operational skills related to warehouse functions.


Experience

  • Proven experience in a warehouse setting with a strong understanding of warehouse management principles.
  • Familiarity with inventory management practices, including order picking, stocking, and packaging processes.
