Description:

Watershed Distillery is seeking a person that exudes genuine charisma, hospitality, and spokesmanship to join our team as a Bottle Shop Associate. The selected candidate will be the face of Watershed Distillery and will be responsible for a multitude of customer experience tasks that help our daily operation thrive. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to learn about the craft spirit industry!


Responsibilities for this part-time role include:


-Answering phone calls and replying to voicemails in a timely manner

-Create a working knowledge of the history of the Distillery and the spirits we produce (training provided)

-Handle purchase transactions in the Bottle Shop

-Provide tastings for guests as requested

-Restock Bottle Shop as appropriate and maintain cleanliness as required

-Additional administrative duties as assigned

-Previous customer experience knowledge preferred

-Basic understanding of Point of Sale systems (training provided)

-Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, mental organization, and the ability to handle high stress situations

-21 years or older

-Reliable transportation

-Typical schedule is Wednesday-Friday, 11am-6pm. However, flexibility outside of those days for special events, holidays, or shift coverage is appreciated
