Job description

Skillforce is currently seeking several experienced commercial Duct Installers for a long-term project involving duct installation in a commercial setting in New Castle, PA. This is a steady opportunity with at least 3 months of consistent work, working 44 hours a week, 4/10's Monday-Thursday and 4 hours on Friday.


Responsibilities:

  • Install, assemble, and secure exposed spiral duct systems in commercial buildings

  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings

  • Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and support of duct systems

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal machinery safely and efficiently


Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of commercial sheet metal experience (spiral duct experience strongly preferred)

  • Ability to read and work from construction drawings

  • Reliable transportation and consistent work ethic
