Job Title: Program Management Analyst
Location: Allen Park, MI - Hybrid
Job Type: W2 Contract
Expected hours per week: 40 hours per week
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Pay: $37.50 per hour (including benefits)
We are seeking an experienced Program Management Analyst (PMA) to support major automotive programs by coordinating project management activities, integrating cross-functional plans, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will serve as a key program coordination leader, supporting Program Managers, Project Managers, and Program Analysts while driving alignment across schedules, tools, suppliers, and leadership. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and confidence working directly with senior management in a matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support deployment, administration, and adoption of project management tools and systems.
  • Provide operational support to Program Managers, Project Managers, and Program Analysts to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Integrate and consolidate multiple project schedules and model-year plans across major program teams.
  • Track program status, identify risks and issues, and drive resolution efforts.
  • Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to maintain alignment on priorities and timelines.
  • Provide guidance and direction to supplier PMA personnel and ensure deliverables meet program expectations.
  • Prepare and communicate program updates, risks, and key metrics to leadership.
  • Maintain SharePoint sites, program documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Operate effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced matrix organization.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of Program Management Analyst (PMA) experience.
  • 3+ years of automotive experience.
  • Strong SharePoint experience.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects and program integrations.
  • Excellent communication, issue resolution, and organizational skills.

Preferred Background
  • Automotive industry program management experience.
  • Experience coordinating suppliers and cross-functional teams.
  • Background supporting vehicle programs, model-year planning, or large-scale program initiatives.
