Job description

Ace Imagewear is seeking a strong leader to fill the role of Service Supervisor. If you are a person who is highly organized, fosters trust, embraces responsibility, earns respect and knows how to teach, we want to know more about you. We specialize in customized uniform and supply service programs that help our customers control and protect their image. Our managed services include: uniform rental and purchase, logo mats, mops, microfiber products, towels, aprons and restroom products.
This position reports directly to the Service Manager and is responsible for managing a team of service reps, fleet oversight, routing plus customer service and retention. Previous Experience is Required.
A solid team committed to being Houston's preferred uniform rental supplier will be backing you up. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-5 years supervisory and management experience, is organized, and relates well to customers, employees, and others while maintaining a professional decorum. Long hours and work days may be required as work dictates, whatever it takes to get the job done. Proficiency with standard office software is required.
