What You'll Do:
As a Service Supervisor, you'll lead the maintenance efforts for our property, ensuring that our apartments and facilities remain in excellent condition. Each day will present a variety of tasks-from overseeing apartment work orders and turnovers to performing repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, appliances, and electrical issues. Your skills and leadership will be essential in ensuring that our residents enjoy a comfortable and well-maintained living environment.
Key responsibilities include:

What We're Looking For:
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in residential property maintenance (or similar fields)
  • CFC and HVAC certification required
  • Strong training in plumbing and electrical systems
  • Expertise in general apartment maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical)
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to between properties if needed
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A positive, solution-oriented attitude and exceptional problem-solving abilities
