Job Summary: The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of field service technicians to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of service to clients. The Field Service Supervisor will manage daily operations, coordinate service schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of field service technicians in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments to ensure timely and efficient support.
  • Monitor and evaluate technician performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance technician skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, inventory, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on service performance and technician productivity.
  • Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of products/equipment to ensure proper function and maximize uptime.
  • Research and answer difficult customer questions about product features or issues and recommend appropriate upgrades.
