Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate and schedule customer appointments across multiple service routes.
  • Answer incoming customer calls and assist with service requests.
  • Work closely with field technicians to optimize schedules and improve efficiency.
  • Resolve customer concerns and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service information.
  • Monitor daily schedules and proactively adjust appointments as needed.
  • Support operational goals by helping ensure technicians maximize service capacity.
  • Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
