BraveView has partnered with a rapidly growing commercial landscape company to hire a Maintenance Operations Manager for a new and expanding branch. This is not a “plug into a system” role—this is a build, lead, and scale opportunity.

You'll step into a branch that already has an established client base, but needs a strong operational leader to build the team, refine processes, and drive performance.

What You'll Be Doing

Build & Lead the Operation

  • Recruit, develop, and lead Field Managers and maintenance crews
  • Establish structure, accountability, and performance standards
  • Create a culture centered on quality, safety, and ownership

Own Scheduling & Execution

  • Oversee daily and weekly routing to maximize efficiency
  • Ensure all maintenance and enhancement work is completed on time and at a high level
  • Lead property start-ups and ensure crews are set up for success
  • Adjust operations based on weather, seasonality, and staffing

Manage the Business (P&L Mindset)

  • Own labor, materials, and equipment budgets for the division
  • Track and improve key metrics:
    • Gross margin
    • Labor efficiency
    • Overtime control
  • Use Aspire to manage job costing, production, and workflows

Support Clients & Grow the Branch

  • Building relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Partner with Sales to support enhancements and retention
  • Help grow the branch through strong service delivery and client trust

Drive Safety & Standards

  • Enforce company safety protocols and best practices
  • Ensure crews, vehicles, and equipment are always job-ready

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in commercial landscape operations or maintenance leadership
  • Experience managing multiple crews and/or Field Managers
  • Strong understanding of routing, scheduling, and production efficiency
  • Experience with Aspire (or similar software) strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive accountability
  • Comfortable in a player/coach role (operations + client interaction)
  • Growth mindset with desire to step into a Branch Manager role
