Service Manager Job Description

White Knight Pest Control is seeking a motivated and dependable Service Manager to lead and support our technician team. If you're an experienced pest control professional ready to step into a leadership role, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact!


About the Role

As a Service Manager, you will serve as the day-to-day support leader for your branch’s technician team. You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure quality service, technician development, and customer satisfaction. This role includes running a route 3–4 days per week.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid Pest Control License with at least 1 year of experience (any state).

  • Valid Driver’s License held for at least 4 years.

  • Clean driving record: no more than 2 tickets and 1 or fewer at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.

  • At least 21 years of age (insurance requirement).

  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing, including for THC/CBD, regardless of legality or prescription.


Key Responsibilities
  • Open the office and support technicians each morning.

  • Report and coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance.

  • Distribute and manage product (chemical) inventory.

  • Facilitate weekly training sessions and ride-along field training.

  • Motivate and lead technicians to deliver top-tier service.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing new team members.

  • Promote a positive, professional work environment.
