Social Service Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Service Director to join our team at Envive of Brookville. As a Social Service Director, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional social services to our residents, ensuring their overall well-being and quality of life. Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates knowledge of age-specific developmental factors specific to adult and geriatric residents in planning social services programs

  • Plans social services programs for residents with therapeutic, neurological and dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, and infectious diseases, if applicable

  • Promptly follows-up on admission inquiries, evaluates and assesses the needs of prospective residents to determine appropriateness of facility placement

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience as a Director of Social Work in a large LTC setting preferred

  • BSW or MSW preferred, or Bachelors degree in a related field

  • At least one year experience in Social Work field required
