Description
The IT Service Delivery Analyst II (AI&T) at Impulse provides advanced technical support and serves as an escalation point for systems supporting engineering, integration, and test operations. This role resolves complex issues across endpoints, infrastructure, and test environments while ensuring operational readiness and reliability of systems used in integration and test activities. Analyst II works closely with infrastructure and engineering teams and plays a key role in supporting live test operations and improving service delivery processes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments 
  •  Troubleshoot endpoint, application, identity, and network connectivity issues including VLANs and switching 
  •  Support enterprise identity, endpoint management, and core IT services 
  •  Ensure system availability and performance during live test and integration operations 
  •  Resolve issues affecting test execution, telemetry, data capture, and system connectivity 
  •  Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot infrastructure-related operational issues 
  •  Serve as an escalation point for frontline support teams and major incident response efforts 
  •  Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate resolutions across infrastructure and networking teams 
  •  Lead deployments of workstations, network infrastructure, lab expansions, and structured cabling projects 
  •  Drive operational improvements through automation, documentation, runbooks, and workflow optimization

Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of enterprise IT support or service delivery experience 
  • Strong troubleshooting across endpoint systems, identity services, and enterprise platforms 
  • Experience diagnosing network connectivity issues 
  • Experience working with IT service management platforms 
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues spanning multiple technology domains 


Preferred Skills and Experience
  • 6+ years of enterprise IT support or service delivery experience 
  • Experience supporting engineering, lab, or test environments 
  • Familiarity with Linux systems 
  • Exposure to test systems, telemetry, or integration environments 
  • Basic automation or scripting experience 
  • Experience in regulated or operational environments 

Operational Expectations

  • Onsite support within lab and operational environments 
  • Participation in live test support and critical operations 
  • After-hours support aligned with test schedules and incidents

Additional Information:
Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
