Job Description

Job Title: IT Service Delivery Analyst

Location: 21 Lynn Morse Drive, Painted Post, NY, 14870

Duration: 1 year (Possibility of extension)
Job Description:

  • Will take a leadership role in engaging with internal business customers to elicit and manage requirements and participates in the delivery of solutions that meet or exceed business needs
  • Participate in meetings; create templates and reports based on requirements
  • Establish timelines and milestones.
  • Ability to meet the milestones and drive outcomes
  • Work across teams, cultures and with others of various competency areas
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Thoroughly experienced in MS tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills
  • Efficient planning and organizational skills
  • Service Now experience is a plus and ITIL foundation is a bonus

Education:

  • 2 year degree required

Manager must haves:

  • Strong analyst skills and ability within Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Strong Communication both written and verbal
  • Driven and self-motivated
