Job Summary
Be the face of Tetra Pak. Deliver excellence where it matters most.
As a Service Engineer, you'll lead the charge in delivering high-quality service to our customers. From troubleshooting complex issues to training operators and supporting contract performance, you'll play a key role in ensuring our equipment-and our customer relationships-run smoothly.
As a part of our Customer Service Operations team, you will be first in the field to maintain food processing and packaging equipment at our customers' facilities. As someone who prides themselves on getting to the root of the problem, you'll be part of the mission to keep food production going for hundreds of millions of people in more than 160 countries. Our equipment is a crucial part of the food processing and packaging industry. That's why keeping it maintained to its optimum performance is a huge priority, not only for us but for our customers and the communities they serve.

What you will do
  • Travel to customer sites to:
    • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations
    • Analyze technical issues and escalate when needed using standard operating processes
    • Train customer operators and support production efficiency
  • Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development
  • Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards
  • Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment
  • Follow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team

We believe you have
  • Up to three years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation positions.
  • Educational background in industrial systems, automation, or process engineering.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 90% of the time.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.

Pay Equity
Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include annual performance bonus, competitive benefits, and work-related allowances.
Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $60,100.00- $86,400.00.
Short-term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 10% of ABS.
