Our client, a leading organization in the financial services sector, is seeking a Service Design & Delivery Engineer -M365 Copilot (NC,FL, GA) to join their dynamic team. As a Service Design & Delivery Engineer -M365 Copilot (NC,FL, GA), you will be an integral part of the IT Operations department supporting collaboration and productivity initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of collaboration and productivity solutions, including Microsoft 365 products, ensuring high-quality implementation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and track project dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Partner with security and compliance teams to incorporate necessary controls and mitigate risks in regulated environments.
  • Lead user migration, communication, and training efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new collaboration tools.
  • Develop and monitor service management KPIs, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end program delivery for collaboration or productivity initiatives in an enterprise setting.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 deployment and operations within large organizations.
  • Strong understanding of security, compliance, and risk management, especially in regulated environments such as banking or finance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and vendors.
  • Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Information Protection, and Purview projects is highly desirable.
