Job description

As an IT Service Delivery Analyst at Impulse, you will provide frontline technical support for enterprise systems, endpoints, and workplace technologies. This role ensures reliable IT service delivery by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, deploying end-user technology, and supporting day-to-day IT operations across corporate and operational environments.ย 
The analyst works closely with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to resolve incidents and maintain a stable computing environment.ย 
  • Provide technical support for endpoint systems, workplace applications, and enterprise servicesย 
  • Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoint issuesย 
  • Support identity and access management requestsย 
  • Diagnose basic network connectivity issues including IP configuration, DNS resolution, and wireless connectivityย 
  • Deploy and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devicesย 
  • Support user onboarding and offboarding technology provisioningย 
  • Troubleshoot workplace technology including printers and conference room systemsย 
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in the IT service management platformย 
  • Maintain hardware inventory and device lifecycle trackingย 
  • Escalate complex issues to infrastructure, networking, or security teamsย 
  • Identify opportunities to streamline support workflows and reduce repetitive operational tasksย 
  • Assist with installation and termination of low-voltage cabling for network and workplace technology deploymentsย 
  • Support deployment of network equipment, access points, and workplace infrastructureย 
  • Coordinate with vendors and facilities teams during technology deployments and workspace buildoutsย 
  • Safely operate ladders or lifts when required for infrastructure installation workย 

  • 1+ years of IT support or enterprise service delivery experienceย 
  • Experience supporting enterprise endpoint environmentsย 
  • Experience with enterprise collaboration platformsย 
  • Demonstrated networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCPย 
  • Experience working with an IT service management platformย 
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skillsย

Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
