RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The IT Senior Service Desk Analyst operates as the senior most expert within the Company's IT Service Desk Team.

  • This individual is responsible for providing second and third level technical support and being the primary escalation point of contact before escalations are made to other Company IT Services platform teams.

  • The primary responsibility is the day to day performance of the Company's IT Service Desk, assuming responsibility for the overall performance of the Company's IT Service Desk and serves as a coach/mentor to other team members.

  • The IT Senior Service Desk Analyst informs management of critical issues regarding personnel, performance, client perception, and works closely with co-workers to ensure consistent, high quality, friendly service.

  • The IT Senior Service Desk Analyst ensures every incident ticket has a corresponding, correct Knowledge Base article,

  • performs continual improvement suggestions for ticketing system

  • assists the manager with ITIL compliance as it relates to the Company's IT Service Desk.

  • Must be able to work with multiple teams and business units simultaneously and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Must demonstrate the eagerness and ability to learn and must work well in a team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Three (3) years or more of experience as a Service Desk Analyst or equivalent position

  • Install, configure, and maintain end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices

  • Experience with Windows Server 2008 Active Directory

  • Solid Microsoft Windows 7 operating system

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 2010/2012

  • Solid understanding of Multifunction Printers/Copiers and desktop printers

  • Solid understanding of Networking. DNS, WINS and DHCP

  • Solid understanding of Web/Videoconferencing Applications

  • Basic understanding of VPN

  • Basic understanding of Macintosh Computers
