This opportunity is 100% office based in St Louis, MO.

Are you a passionate sales enabler who thrives on creating demand and onboarding new customers?

Join the growing Sensient Colors North America sales team as a Technical Inside Sales Representative—a dynamic role focused on our vibrant food color business. If you’re energized by engaging conversations, building relationships, and driving results, we want you to be part of our exciting journey.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of generating demand with both existing and prospective customers. Using a proactive and consultative approach, you’ll connect primarily via phone and online meetings, with occasional field visits to key accounts—playing a pivotal part in expanding our market presence and fueling customer success.

What you’ll do:

  • You will play a key role in qualifying customer information, maintaining a sales pipeline, implementing sales strategies, pricing, preparing quotations, communicating appropriate information to management, and maintaining related records and customer files. 
  • With your excellent organization and project management skills, customer service and results orientation, communication and negotiation skills, you will be able to grow our sales revenue and build successful, long-term client relationships.     

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree; preferably in a science field with laboratory experience .
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, 
  • Experience in B2B sales 
  • Technical acumen will be critical to make an impact in the business.
