Senior Technical Writer Employment Type: Full-Time, Experienced Department: Technology Support CGS is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Writer to provide consultative, analytical, and documentation support for a large Federal agency initiative. Skills and attributes for success: - Drafting and development of technical documentation related to a variety of projects in the IT space. - Work closely with project stakeholders to establish technical processes and procedures.

- Document projects through the SDLC. - Provide status reports for multiple ongoing projects and related documentation efforts. - Assist with both user and admin level documentation.

Qualifications: - Excellent writing and Communication skills. - 5+ years experience with development of technical documentation. - 3+ years experience with development of user documentation.

- Fluency with industry standard technical summary and reporting techniques including Agile project management methodology. - Ability to produce quality work independently or in a group setting. - Experience with MS Office Suite including Visio.

- Willingness and ability to pass background check/security screening. Ideally, you will also have: - Familiarity with Business Intelligence/Analysis applications. - Experience with Government software development policies and procedures.
