As a Technical Editor Senior on an Enterprise Zero Trust Program for DoD Client, your responsibilities will include:

  • Writing and editing policies, standard operating procedures, and technical guides to provide clients with clear, concise, and accurate documentation.

  • Experience developing Air Force Time Compliance Technical Orders - or Technical Orders (TCTO's and TO's) and Telecommunication Survey Installation Plan (TSIP)and Installation Plan (I-Plan)

  • Reviewing existing documents, assessing their accuracy and compliance, and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Handling sensitive information, ensuring its security, and maintaining compliance with security regulations.

  • Manage multiple documents, versions, and revisions effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • Maintain familiarity with document management systems and relevant tools.

  • Create visualizations required within documents: data flow, network diagrams, elevation diagrams, charts, graphs, etc.

  • Track documentation required for ATO process.

  • Work with various departments and stakeholders within the DoD to gather information and ensure that documentation is accurate and up to date.

  • Ensure that all documentation, whether paper or digital, meets DoD requirements and relevant regulations.

Absolute Must Have:

Experience developing Air Force Time Compliance Technical Orders - or Technical Orders (TCTO's and TO's) and Telecommunication Survey Installation Plan (TSIP)and Installation Plan (I-Plan)

Basic Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with AF time compliance technical orders - or technical orders (TCTO's and TO's) and TSIP's telecommunication survey installation plan and I-plans installation plan.

The likely salary range for this position is $72,250 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
