This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Proofreader to review written content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting before publication or distribution. In this role, you will work remotely and collaborate with writers, editors, marketers, and project managers to ensure all content meets high editorial and quality standards. The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, excellent command of the English language, and proficiency with online document editing and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities
  • Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax errors.
  • Correct typographical and formatting mistakes.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, capitalization, and terminology.
