KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Key team member in implementing and supporting OneStream for global consolidation, planning, and reconciliations
  • Partner with finance teams (Accounting, FP&A, Audit) to gather and support system requirements
  • Lead process improvements and system enhancements for reporting, analysis, and forecasting
  • Ensure system stability through change management, metadata governance, and access controls
  • Manage and communicate finance systems backlog and project priorities
  • Ensure SOX compliance and adherence to internal policies
  • Stay up to date on OneStream features; develop training and documentation
  • Write and execute test plans for new functionality
  • Support data governance to ensure consistency in financial reporting
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or finance; additional degree or experience in information systems is strongly preferred
  • CPA preferred
  • 2 – 6 years of relevant accounting and/or financial information experience
  • Experience working in large companies with complex financial systems environments is preferred
