Your technical expertise will be vital as you lead the building of a machine?assisted decision platform that integrates all relevant data into a Common Air Defense Picture (CADP), automates air defense workflows, and generates optimized courses of action using AI?enabled decision?support components and iterative Agile development. In this role, you’ll directly impact Air Force C2 modernization by accelerating C2 decision cycles, automating key defensive workflows, enhancing cross?domain data fusion, and providing real?time operational recommendations that improve the protection of joint forces and strategic locations. With your advanced technical expertise, mentoring, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, you’ll guide a team that develops the best solutions for our customers. Experience developing or supporting multi-cloud, multi-enclave, or multi-classification application architectures across environments such as NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, or coalition networks Experience contributing to defense programs or large-scale software integration efforts involving acquisition, compliance, or organizational complexity Experience supporting DoD installations, operational units, or C2 systems with incomplete documentation or inconsistent technical baselines Experience creating automation workflows, engineering productivity tooling, or platform components that improve delivery velocity or reduce operator workload Experience influencing system design or delivery in a technical leadership capacity
Experience supporting rapid response engineering missions, tiger teams, or flyaway teams under accelerated delivery timelines Top Secret clearance
