Where do YOU fit in. AQUALIS Stormwater Management is seeking experienced, results-driven leaders to join our growing operations team as a Senior Service Delivery Manager (SDM).
This position serves as a key field leadership role responsible for managing service delivery operations, leading field crews, ensuring safety and quality standards, maintaining client relationships, and driving operational excellence across assigned territories.The Senior Service Delivery Manager will oversee stormwater maintenance, inspection, rehabilitation, and repair activities while providing hands-on leadership to Service Delivery teams. This role is designed for experienced field managers with a proven track record of leading crews in stormwater management, landscaping, or similar outdoor service industries. Specific duties include: Lead and manage Service Delivery teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of work
Plan and coordinate weekly service routes, schedules, labor resources, and equipment utilization. Conduct regular safety meetings, equipment training, performance coaching, and company culture initiatives. Oversee stormwater maintenance, inspections, repairs, and rehabilitation activities utilizing Best Management Practices (BMPs) for Stormwater Control Measures (SCMs).
Maintain accountability for company assets, including trucks, trailers, tools, and specialized equipment. Complete and review maintenance reports, inspection documentation, crew productivity records, and expense tracking. Serve as the primary field contact for clients before, during, and after service visits.
Support operational planning, workforce development, and crew performance management. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, environmental regulations, and customer expectations. Interface with municipal inspectors, client management teams, subcontractors, and business partners as needed.
Travel regularly throughout assigned service areas to support operations and field teams. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of continuous employment tenure with a company in a field-level management role within: Stormwater Management Landscaping Grounds Maintenance Environmental Services Similar outdoor service industries Demonstrated experience leading and developing field-based crews. Strong operational, scheduling, and workforce management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency with mobile technology, including iPads, laptops, email, and field reporting software. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel and be away from home approximately 3-4 days per week. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical job duties as required. Employment Requirements Successful completion of a background screening.
Clean driving record for the previous five years. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Card.
Valid driver's license. Continued maintenance of a satisfactory driving record and DOT Medical Card throughout employment. Preferred Qualifications Previous stormwater management experience.
Experience managing multiple crews or service territories. Knowledge of stormwater infrastructure, watershed restoration, erosion control, drainage systems, or environmental compliance practices. Experience with equipment and trailer operations.
