Your Responsibilities

As a Service Delivery Manager, you support services for one or more existing MECOMS customers, with a clear focus on maximizing customer value. You monitor scope, budget, quality, planning, risks, and resources to ensure the successful execution of all assigned support services. You lead a dedicated team of consultants and apply Ferrantiโ€™s proven project and support methodologies to deliver streamlined operations, measurable results, and high customer satisfaction.

Your Profile
  • At least 2โ€“3 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager or Project Manager in an IT software environment (preferably ERP)
  • Strong understanding of business processes and familiarity with methodologies such as Agile and ITIL
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and manage expectations
  • Excellent communication skills, able to deliver clear messages and build consensus across stakeholders
  • Confident in managing administrative tasks and engaging with customers and subcontractors
  • Skilled at bridging business and IT and aligning diverse teams
  • Structured, analytical, and able to build trust through a professional and reliable approach
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in the Energy & Utilities sector is a strong asset
