Chief Marketing Officer / CMO

Bishop Cider Company | Cidercade ‑ Wild Acre

Texas-based | Hospitality | Entertainment | Food & Beverage

Bishop Cider Company, established in 2014 and headquartered in Dallas‑Fort Worth, Texas, is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to lead brand, growth, and guest engagement across our two hospitality concepts: Cidercade (restaurant, arcade bar, and family entertainment center) and Wild Acre (brewery, restaurant, and destination experience).

The company is one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S. (Inc Magazine) and currently has six hospitality locations across Texas—Dallas, Arlington, Austin, Houston, and two in Fort Worth.

This is a senior executive marketing role for a hands‑on leader who can balance brand storytelling, digital performance, and real‑world guest experiences—and who thrives in fast‑growing, multi‑location businesses.

The CMO must possess a sense of ownership and internal drive to evaluate the competitive landscape, understand the company's business goals, devise innovative strategies, and execute appropriate marketing plans.

What You'll Do

As the CMO, you'll own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for Bishop Cider Company's brands, partnering closely with Operations and Executive Leadership (while reporting directly to the company's president and CEO).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead brand strategy and positioning across multiple hospitality brands
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through digital marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, CRM management, paid media, and on‑premise experimental marketing at Company's hospitality / entertainment locations
  • Oversee growth marketing, demand generation, and performance marketing initiatives
  • Develop go‑to‑market strategies for new locations, promotions, and product launches
  • Lead experiential marketing, local store marketing, and in‑venue campaigns
  • Manage marketing analytics, KPIs, attribution, and ROI reporting
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing in‑house marketing team and external agencies
  • Own the marketing budget, forecasting, and resource allocation
What We're Looking For
  • 10 years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles
  • Background in hospitality, food & beverage, entertainment, retail, or consumer brands
  • Proven success scaling multi‑unit or multi‑location businesses
  • Deep experience in digital marketing, web, SEM, SEO, CRM, lifecycle marketing, loyalty marketing, and content marketing
  • Deep experience in online advertising, including paid media, pay‑per‑click (PPC), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta / Facebook Ads, and other social network and online advertising platforms
  • Experience and an understanding of Martech, marketing, and advertising platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Klaviyo, Wordpress, etc.
  • Experience and an understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), landing pages, A/B testing, etc.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
  • Data‑driven mindset with a love for creative brand building
