Description of Duties:

The Senior Salesforce Developer will provide advanced production support within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of business-critical applications. This role focuses on diagnosing and resolving issues, optimizing existing functionality, and implementing enhancements that improve user experience and operational efficiency. The developer will work extensively with Salesforce tools such as OmniStudio, OmniScript, and FlexCards to troubleshoot, refine, and evolve solutions in a live environment.

In addition to technical support responsibilities, the Senior Developer will mentor/help a small team of 2 developers and 1 tester to manage incoming support requests, prioritize fixes, and maintain smooth communication with clients and internal stakeholders. They will translate functional issues and enhancement requests into technical solutions, perform configuration updates, support deployments, and ensure thorough validation and testing before changes move to production.

This role requires adherence to best practices in development, security, data integrity, and code optimization. The Senior Developer will collaborate closely with the business stakeholders to plan support strategies, communicate impacts, and ensure effective coordination throughout the resolution, testing, and release management processes. Their work will help maintain system health, reduce downtime, and deliver a stable Salesforce environment that supports evolving business needs.


Required Skills:

  • 5+ Years of experience
  • OmniStudio/ OmniScript experience required.
  • Record Triggered Flow development required.
  • Experience Cloud development preferred.
  • Experience in LWC (Lightning Web Component), Apex, Triggers, and Flows.
  • Optional: Public Sector Solution data model (PSS) experience/knowledge.
  • In depth knowledge of profiles and record sharing is preferred.
  • Able to perform more varied and difficult tasks.
  • Provide attention to details.
    • Able to work in a collaborative team environment to obtain the best results.
