We're looking for a high energy, ambitious, and metrics driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our next stage of growth. If you're motivated by meaningful conversations, energized by qualifying leads, passionate about booking high quality meetings, and driven to exceed expectations, we'd love to meet you.
Our Sales team has a unique mission to help government contractors understand the impact GovDash can have on their ability to win and manage government contracts.
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the first touchpoint for prospective customers, driving awareness and generating interest in GovDash.
  • Qualify inbound leads and execute outbound prospecting campaigns across phone, LinkedIn, Nooks, email, and other channels.
  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Attend conferences and industry events to generate leads and pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Growth and the broader GTM team to refine messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies.
  • Maintain clean CRM data and contribute insights that improve pipeline generation.
  • Build relationships with prospective customers and determine whether GovDash should be part of their evaluation process.
You Might Be a Fit If You:
  • Have 1 to 3 years of experience in an SDR or BDR role. Government contracting or federal sales experience is a plus.
  • Love pushing the limits and experimenting with new outreach strategies.
