Senior Global Benefits Analyst
About your role:
As a Senior Global Benefits Analyst, you'll support day-to-day benefits administration while also contributing to the execution of our global benefits strategy. This includes managing processes, coordinating with partners, and ensuring programs run smoothly across regions. You'll work closely with regional teams, Finance, Legal, and our global benefits broker to provide analytics and practical recommendations that support consistent, compliant, and financially sound decisions. This role also helps improve transparency, drive standardization, and strengthen risk management as our global benefits programs continue to evolve.
What you'll do:
  • Analyze global benefits data, including spend, utilization, market benchmarks, and regional inputs, to identify trends and support decision-making across multiple countries
  • Prepare summaries, reporting, and presentation materials that translate benefits data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership discussions
  • Support the execution and documentation of global governance frameworks, standards, policies, roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths for benefits programs
  • Coordinate with regional teams, Finance, Legal, and the global benefits broker to support renewals, reporting, compliance monitoring, and alignment with global guidelines and local requirements
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and reporting accuracy across global benefits programs by consolidating, validating, and analyzing regional data
  • Contribute to global benefits captive initiatives by supporting readiness activities, insured program analysis, and coordination with Finance, Risk, and external partners
  • Assist with benefit administration activities, global projects, vendor transitions, platform implementations, and continuous improvement efforts related to tools, templates, data quality, and process consistency

Experience you'll need to have:
  • 4+ years of experience in benefits administration, human resources and/or similar discipline
  • Experience in analyzing data, preparing reporting, and supporting business decisions through structured insights and recommendations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience with employee benefit programs, benefit compliance requirements and regulations
  • Experience supporting global or multi-country benefits programs and/or similar disciplines
  • Familiarity with global insured benefits programs, including life, disability, or accident coverage
  • Experience supporting captive-related reporting, risk analysis, or insurance program transitions
  • Experience working with a global benefits broker or consulting firm
  • Experience supporting benefits-related system implementations, country expansions, or vendor transitions

How you'll work:
  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
