Job description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Analyst who can take a practical, forward-looking approach to strengthening the systems and infrastructure behind that work. This role will help shape Brennan's technology strategy by leading systems architecture and infrastructure initiatives, improving reliability and performance, and developing secure, scalable solutions that can grow with the business. The Senior Technical Analyst will work closely with leaders and internal teams to understand operational needs, solve complex technical challenges, and turn those needs into sustainable solutions. The right person will be comfortable setting technical direction, establishing standards and governance, mentoring others, and moving initiatives from concept through implementation. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys solving meaningful problems, influencing long-term decisions, and seeing the direct impact of their work across the organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional infrastructure architecture, design, and planning initiatives for enterprise-wide systems.
  • Act as subject matter expert on infrastructure delivery, governance, and enterprise performance optimization.
  • Advise senior leadership on emerging technologies and develop strategic infrastructure roadmaps.
  • Architect secure, scalable, and resilient hybrid infrastructure solutions across cloud and on-premise systems.
  • Ensure system designs meet business requirements, security protocols, and regulatory standards such as NIST.
  • Oversee infrastructure performance across network, storage, compute, and endpoint layers.
  • Establish and maintain enterprise infrastructure governance frameworks.
  • Direct troubleshooting and resolution of high-impact technical issues.
  • Lead internal documentation efforts, technical knowledge-sharing, and cross-training programs.
  • Serve as a senior liaison between IT leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor and consultant technical relationships and delivery coordination.
  • Oversee lifecycle planning including upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning.
  • Evaluate, select, and pilot new infrastructure technologies, tools, and platforms for automation and monitoring.
  • Drive the infrastructure component of large-scale organizational initiatives including office expansions, data center shifts, and cloud transitions.
  • Define and execute disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
  • Guide infrastructure risk mitigation and system hardening initiatives.
  • Provide advanced technical support and resolution of infrastructure incidents.
  • Mentor and coach technical staff across all levels to meet service delivery commitments, build capability and innovation

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Expert knowledge of infrastructure; networking, hosting, ITSM, and client management technologies.
  • Deep experience designing and managing cloud and hybrid data solutions
  • Proven success leading complex infrastructure projects and cross-functional initiatives.
