  • Deep knowledge of casino mechanics such as RTP, volatility models, player profiling, and fraud detection techniques
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms for anomaly detection and reporting
  • Ability to make fast, commercially sound decisions in live, high-pressure, and high-volume operational environments
  • Experience working in 24/7 operational structures, including shift-based coverage when required
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to remain calm during escalations and peak activity periods
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-growing, and highly collaborative environments
Benefits:
  • Opportunity to join a rapidly growing and innovative digital entertainment platform at an early stage of expansion
  • High-impact role with significant ownership and influence on operational strategy
  • Flexible and collaborative international work environment
  • Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and fast-evolving crypto and betting ecosystems
