Senior Retail Managers often encounter challenges such as managing large, diverse teams, adapting to shifting consumer trends, and meeting ambitious sales targets. Successfully navigating these challenges involves strong communication skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to foster a collaborative and adaptable work environment.
