Senior Retail Sales Associate

Job Overview

As a Senior Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist at Bob's Discount Furniture, you'll bring energy, service, and leadership to our showroom floor. You'll guide customers through a personalized shopping journey that reflects The Bob's Way-honesty, integrity, and a customer-first mindset-while leveraging tools and product knowledge to meet their home furnishing needs. In this service-forward role, you'll also support team development, safety protocols, and daily store operations.

This position is based in-store and requires flexible availability to work a retail schedule.

Minimum Qualifications
