In this role, you will blend strategy and execution. From recruiting and onboarding to professional development and engagement, you will support the full employment life cycle. You will also engage with leaders to navigate challenges, build capability, and drive accountability. As a key partner to the Director of People & Culture, you will help advance team priorities, identify and champion operational improvements, and serve as a trusted advisor.
In this role we will count on you to:

  • Partner with the Director of People & Culture to advance strategic objectives and ensure operations are responsive to an evolving workplace
  • Oversee core talent management and employee relations practices, including performance management, coaching, and employee development with a thoughtful, consistent approach, escalating to the Director of People & Culture as appropriate
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for all roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and providing compensation recommendations based on internal and external equity
  • Facilitate an engaging onboarding process that accelerates new hire integration and productivity
  • Collaborate with People Leaders to develop performance improvement documentation and facilitate performance improvement meetings
  • Mentor and support team members with the potential to become a People Leader
Minimum Requirements
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience in recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and talent management (including performance management and training and development), plus two or more functional areas of HR (e.g., employee relations, leaves of absence, accommodations, compensation, benefits administration, inclusion and belonging)
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • Experience successfully managing small to mid-size projects, including directing project team members
  • Experience implementing and/or managing human resources information systems (HRIS)/human capital management (HCM) systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Demonstrates accountability by taking ownership of commitments, following through on deliverables, proactively communicating progress and challenges, and addressing issues with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Possesses a “roll up your sleeves” mindset, seamlessly shifting from administrative tasks to strategic, senior-level work as needed, with a focus on getting the job done and supporting team and business priorities

  • This position is salaried and exempt from overtime; the annual salary ranges by level are:
    • Level III: $82,400 - $103,000
    • Level IV: $92,700 - $113,300
    • Level is determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to years of experience, type/relevance of experience, skillset, geographic location, and fit for the role
