Job description

We are Rokt, a hyper-growth ecommerce leader. Rokt is the global leader in ecommerce, unlocking real-time relevance in the moment that matters most. Rokt's AI Brain and ecommerce Network powers billions of transactions connecting hundreds of millions of customers, and is trusted to do this by the world's leading companies.
We are a team of builders helping smart businesses find innovative ways to meet customer needs and generate incremental revenue. Leading companies drive 10-50% of additional revenue-and often all their profits-from the extra products or services they sell. This economic edge unleashes a world of possibilities for growth and innovation.
At Rokt, we practice transparency in career paths and compensation. We believe in transparency, which is why we have a well-defined career ladder with transparent compensation and clear career paths based on competency and ability. Rokt'stars constantly strive to raise the bar, pushing the envelope of what is possible.
We are looking for a Senior People Partner, Go-To-Market
Target total compensation ranges from $228,000 - $305,000, including a fixed annual salary of $188,000 - $235,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.
Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior People Partner to be the strategic partner to senior leaders across our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. You will shape the structure, culture, and talent systems that drive growth, engagement, and performance-while owning some of the most complex and impactful people work in the company. You will also serve as a direct support to people leaders across all levels, coaching them hands-on through all people matters-from day-to-day challenges to complex organizational decisions.
This role is for someone who operates ahead of the business, not behind it. You combine serious employee relations expertise, commercial instinct, and the ability to influence at the most senior levels. You're fluent in AI-augmented ways of working and see technology as a lever-not a replacement-for deep human judgment. You are both a trusted advisor and a capable executor.
Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Business Partnership: Partner with GTM senior leaders and the C-suite to align people strategy with business priorities across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations. Drive org design, workforce planning, and succession readiness while translating business context into people insight-and people insight into commercial decisions.
  • Employee Relations & Risk Leadership: Own complex employee relations across GTM, including investigations, performance management, and exits. Partner with Legal on resolution strategies and build proactive frameworks that mitigate risk while maintaining leader and employee trust.
  • Succession, Mobility & Talent Velocity: Lead talent mapping and succession planning for critical GTM roles while driving always-on performance rhythms through quarterly calibrations. Elevate high-potential talent and ensure strong progression velocity across the organization.
  • AI-Augmented People Practice: Leverage AI-enabled analytics and tools to accelerate insights and streamline people processes, modeling a modern, future-ready People function.
  • Culture, Engagement & Leadership Development: Strengthen engagement and embed Rokt's Builder DNA by translating engagement insights into action with leaders. Coach senior leaders and develop managers to build high-performing, accountable teams. Serve as a trusted partner through transformation, integration, and M&A activity, guiding leaders and teams through periods of growth and change.

Requirements
About You:
  • At least 7-10 years of People experience in high-growth organizations, with significant time spent as a generalist partnering at the senior leader level. Experience with GTM leaders and functions is required.
  • Demonstrated employee relations expertise-you have owned complex investigations, navigated grievances, managed performance plans and exits, and partnered with Legal. This is not a stretch for you; it is a strength.
  • A track record of credible influence with senior business leaders. You change minds and shape decisions through the quality of your thinking.
  • Strong business acumen: you understand GTM commercial models, you read financial and people data fluently, and you translate both into strategic recommendations.
  • Sound judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes situations-you know when to move fast, when to pause, and how to sequence both.
  • Actively use AI tools in your day-to-day work-you're not waiting to learn; you're already integrating AI into how you operate and are curious about what comes next.

What will set you apart:
  • Experience designing or evolving people processes in an AI-augmented environment-you have thought about which workflows should stay human and which should be accelerated.
  • Data storyteller: you don't just pull numbers-you use data to build a compelling case that moves leaders to action.
  • Proactive pattern recognition: you spot organizational risk early and surface it before it becomes an issue.
  • A growth mindset about the People function itself-you are building the future of this team, not just executing against current expectations.

Benefits
About Rokt'stars:
As a mission-driven, hyper-growth community of curious explorers, our ambition is to unlock real-time relevancy in ecommerce and beyond. Our bias for action means we are not afraid to quickly venture into uncharted territories, take risks, or challenge the status quo; in doing so we either win or learn. We work together as one aligned team, never letting egos get in the way of brilliant ideas. We value diversity, transparency, and smart humble people who enjoy building a disruptive business together. We pride ourselves on being a force for good as we make the world better.
About the Benefits:
We leverage best-in-class technology and market-leading innovation in AI and ML, with all of that being underlined by building and maintaining a fantastic and inclusive culture where people can be their authentic selves, and offering a great list of perks and benefits to go with it:
  • Become a shareholder. Every Rokt'star gets equity in the company
  • Enjoy catered lunch every day and healthy snacks in the office. Plus join the gym on us!
  • Access generous retirement plans like a 4% dollar-for-dollar 401K matching plan and get fully funded premium health insurance!
  • Dog-friendly office
  • Extra leave (bonus annual leave, sabbatical leave etc.)
  • Work with the greatest talent in town
  • See the world! We have offices in New York, Seattle, Sydney, Tokyo and London

We believe we're better together. We love spending time together and are in the office most days (teams are in the office minimum 4 days per week).
We at Rokt choose to create a company that is as diverse and inclusive as the world we live in by attracting, growing & keeping the best talent. Equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
