Senior Operations Technician

Location: Reno/ Sparks, NV area

Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled operations technician to support mission-critical infrastructure at a large-scale facility. This role involves maintaining operational continuity, mentoring team members, and ensuring systems remain efficient and reliable. Experience in various technical systems, including electrical, mechanical, and environmental controls, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain uptime of essential systems

• Respond to incidents and alerts as needed

• Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical oversight to junior staff

• Collaborate on process improvements and documentation

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support system functionality

• Assist with inspections, testing, vendor interactions, and infrastructure-related tasks

• Contribute to training, project support, and incident analysis

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and infrastructure operations

• Proficiency with documentation and ticketing platforms

• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and effectively
