Position: Full-time (Exempt) 

Job Summary: 


The Account Manager is an onsite role based out of Midland TX and surrounding area reporting to the EVP, 

Global Business of the Corporation. The primary purpose of this position is to proactively manage and grow 

relationships within our customers field staff and actively fulfill job vacancies for premier Clients in the Midland/Odessa TX and 

surrounding areas.  This role will play a vital part in serving our Premier Accounts by acting as a liaison between 


Cenergy main office and the local client programs. 


Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Client relationship Management. Responsible for maintaining key relationships with major Client leads at all

levels of management while promoting opportunities for service expansion and deeper level of engagement.

• Expand existing major Client accounts and acquire new business through organic growth and stellar service.

• Collaborate across multiple departments and teams to drive Client success and field employee satisfaction.

• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly Client program initiatives to the EVP and


Leadership team.

• Manage all aspects of Account Management including calling on active client accounts, job order

management, candidate submission, assignment, overseeing field/contract employee performance and

program initiatives.

• Maintain and update Client profiles affecting services, programs, hiring, training, and pricing. Go above what is

expected to provide exceptional support and service to Clients and field employees.

• Develop understanding of Client issues and opportunities to deliver high impact solutions including

forecasting for future programs and opportunities.


• Communicate and promote Client goals and represent the client and Cenergy interests to internal teams and field employees.

• Verify all new procedures, program changes, and system modifications have been successfully

communicated and applied to impacted field employees and Client representatives. Conduct regular account reviews with client to evaluate any changes in client's needs and upcoming initiatives.

• Provide guidance and monitor field staff on site at client programs and develop program support strategies with Client including screening, interviewing, recruiting, on boarding, training, corrective action, performance reviews, safety meeting leadership, event participation and off boarding initiatives.

• Source and recruit candidates when needed, oversee candidate success, and act as the direct contact for

major Client programs to assist them with the hiring process from start to finish.

• Responsible for promptly and accurately inputting all required client, candidate and employee information and forms into database.

• Meet specific goals and objectives through account management, direct recruiting and collaboration with

additional Company recruiters nationwide.

• Facilitate and support client representatives and Cenergy main office by handling daily client issues, sales

reporting and fulfilling Client requests.

• Monitor and create reports to Clients based upon Employee data (hours worked, cost centers, job

completion, Overtime, hire and end dates, travel, per diem, training, etc.)

• Collaborate with the review and verification of contracts, purchase orders, statements of work, etc.

• Assist administrative team with the implementation of our Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity


Employment programs.

• Assist with other departments as needed and required (Accounting, Sales, Recruitment, Onboarding) with

focus on promoting various skill and market verticals to current clients for expansion of services.

• Attend job fairs and marketing events as Cenergy local representative.

• Assist EVP with business reviews, presentations, and special projects.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Background Description: 

• BA Degree Preferred or combination of skills and experience to include 5+ years progressive responsibilities


in the following disciplines: Account Management, Full-Cycle Recruitment, Executive Administration, Sales


and client interaction/support, preferably within the Oil & Gas/Energy/Refinery industries.


• Thorough understanding of customer service, preferably in the staffing and/or services industry.


• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Superior analytical skills, ability to mine data and construct


metrics.


• Extremely detail oriented; Excellent written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills; Ability to work


independently, prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.


• High level of initiative and works well in a team environment; Plans and carries out responsibilities with


minimal direction. Curious, adaptable and willingness to learn are key behaviors for success.


• Understanding of federal and local labor regulations.


• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality in this role is a must.


• Experience working on cross functional projects, engaging closely with Sales, HR, Recruitment, Accounting,


and other departments.


• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining both perspective and professional demeanor.


• Solid familiarity with applicant tracking and HRIS systems.


• Possess a valid driver license and clean driving record and a serviceable vehicle suitable for business travel.
