They must have the ability to execute from talking about a project through executing the project.
Clearly they must be versed in AI development particularly within Co pilot. Particularly in the development and deployment of agents.
Need to be able to work with the end user walking them through their needs, high level design, Iterative development, and helping them get it deployed and used. So they need to be able to work independently and / or within small groups
