Our challenge

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Lead Developer with proven leadership experience to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET technologies, front-end development using React, and familiarity with GitHub Copilot/Microsoft Copilot to enhance development efficiency. You will be responsible for leading projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.


Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Pittsburgh, PA/Dallas, TX is $100-110k/year & benefits (see below)..


The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.
  • Utilize GitHub Copilot to assist with code generation and review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to foster professional growth.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance.
  • Manage project timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a lead developer role.
  • Strong expertise in .NET (Core/Framework) and C#.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js for front-end development.
  • Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Web Services, and related technologies.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with cloud services like Azure or AWS.
  • Knowledge of database systems such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
