De organisatie zet sterk in op digitale transformatie en innovatie met behulp van artificiële intelligentie. In dat kader zoeken wij een Copilot Solution Expert die verantwoordelijk is voor het analyseren, ontwikkelen, migreren en beheren van Agentic AI Copilot Agents.

Je speelt een sleutelrol in het bouwen van intelligente oplossingen die bedrijfsprocessen ondersteunen en automatiseren, met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, veiligheid en continuïteit.

Als Copilot Solution Expert combineer je technische expertise met business inzicht. Je werkt zowel aan het verbeteren van bestaande oplossingen als aan het ontwikkelen van nieuwe AI-gedreven toepassingen binnen de Microsoft 365-omgeving.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Faciliteren van workshops met business stakeholders
  • Analyseren van behoeften, processen en bestaande SharePoint-omgevingen
  • Opstellen van solution roadmaps en architectuurvoorstellen
  • Uitwerken van functionele en technische specificaties
  • Ontwerpen van AI-oplossingen met o.a. Copilot Studio
  • Evalueren van migratiescenario’s en bijhorende risico’s
Ontwikkeling & Implementatie
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van Copilot Agents voor verschillende diensten van de organisatie
  • Optimaliseren van bestaande AI-oplossingen
  • Bouwen van workflows en automatisaties met Power Automate, Power Apps en Power BI
  • Ondersteunen van eindgebruikers en key users
  • Valideren van oplossingen en oplossen van technische issues
  • Begeleiden van acceptatietesten en productie-implementaties
  • Documenteren van technische en functionele oplossingen
Adoptie & Kennisdeling
  • Organiseren van opleidingen en workshops
  • Opmaken van trainingsmateriaal
  • Actief begeleiden van change management en adoptie van AI-oplossingen
  • Grondige kennis van SharePoint Online (content management, governance, collaboration)
  • Uitgebreide expertise in het Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI
  • Analytisch en sterk in procesoptimalisatie
  • In staat om complexe technische concepten helder te vertalen naar businessgebruikers
  • Ervaring met change management en digitale adoptie is een plus
