Microsoft Copilot SME (M365) - AI Adoption & Enablement
Pay Range: $85/hour to $125/hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a Microsoft Copilot Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead enterprise-wide adoption and enablement of Copilot for Microsoft 365. This role focuses on driving AI adoption across business functions by integrating Copilot into daily workflows, improving productivity, and ensuring alignment with governance, security, and compliance standards.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot (M365), strong communication skills, and a proven ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business applications. This is a non-development role focused on user enablement, change management, and AI-driven productivity.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI Adoption & Enablement
  • Lead enterprise adoption of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 across business teams
  • Identify and implement high-impact, non-development Copilot use cases
  • Drive user engagement and adoption through enablement strategies and change management initiatives
Training & User Support
  • Design and deliver training sessions for end users, leadership, and executives
