The Copilot Solutions Developer will design and implement AI-powered solutions that embed Microsoft Copilot and generative AI capabilities directly into business workflows.

The role focuses on partnering with business units to transform operational processes, automate knowledge work, and unlock productivity gains through intelligent Copilot experiences.

This role works closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and enterprise IT to identify opportunities where Copilot, automation, and AI agents can streamline work and improve decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Copilot Workflow Integration

  • Design and implement Copilot-powered solutions embedded within enterprise workflows across functions such as HR, IT, Finance, and Operations.
  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 integrations to build intelligent workflow experiences.
  • Translate business problems into AI-driven automation and Copilot use cases.

Business Process Transformation

  • Partner with business units to identify high-impact opportunities for process transformation through AI and Copilot.
  • Develop prototypes, pilots, and production-ready Copilot solutions that improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
  • Optimize workflows by embedding AI prompts, knowledge retrieval, and automation triggers.

Solution Development

  • Build and configure Copilot agents, workflows, and integrations using enterprise platforms.
  • Integrate Copilot capabilities with enterprise data sources, APIs, and business applications.
  • Ensure solutions follow enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.

Adoption & Enablement

  • Work with stakeholders to ensure solutions are intuitive and drive high user adoption.
  • Provide guidance and support for teams adopting Copilot-enabled workflows.
  • Contribute to reusable assets, templates, and best practices for scaling Copilot solutions across the enterprise.

Continuous Innovation

  • Stay current on advancements across Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, generative AI, and AI workflow automation.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Copilot capabilities and improve existing solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5+ years of experience building automation, AI, or enterprise workflow solutions.

Must have skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or similar AI automation platforms.
  • Experience integrating solutions with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, APIs, and enterprise systems.
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI prompt design, automation workflows, and enterprise knowledge integration.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills working across business and technology teams.
