Harrah's Laughlin is looking for an energetic, guest-focused Bartender (Extra Board) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. As part of the Caesars Entertainment family, you'll embody our Family Style Service-warm, welcoming, and committed to creating memorable moments for every guest.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
  • Provide outstanding guest service with a friendly, engaging personality
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy, speed, and consistency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
  • Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws, policies, and safety standards
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and comps with precision and professionalism
  • Engage guests, make recommendations, and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere
  • Work collaboratively with barbacks, servers, and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Resolve guest concerns with courtesy, confidence, and a solutions-focused mindset

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
