Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for the overall daytoday operation of the facility, ensuring the site runs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. This role leads warehouse operations with a strong focus on productivity, quality, cost control, and safety.


The position provides leadership to operations managers, supervisors, and hourly associates, while also supporting longterm operational strategy and workforce planning. The Senior Operations Manager works closely with HR, IT, and Finance to achieve business goals and improve performance across the operation.


Key responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring contract and quality management requirements are consistently met. This role oversees staffing activities such as hiring, training, development, scheduling, and performance management, in partnership with the HR team.


The Senior Operations Manager is also responsible for maintaining accurate time and attendance, ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment, and upholding 5S workplace organization and safety standards. Inventory levels, stock accuracy, and overall operational efficiency are continuously managed to support customer and business needs.
