What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across machining, assembly, and related production areas
  • Lead and develop supervisors, managers, and production teams while driving accountability at all levels
  • Drive improvements in throughput, on-time delivery, labor efficiency, quality, and cost
  • Oversee production priorities, capacity, labor planning, scheduling, and workflow across multiple manufacturing areas
  • Establish and manage operational KPIs and reporting to improve visibility and decision-making
  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and CNC Machining to resolve production challenges

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within manufacturing operations
  • Strong understanding of machining operations, including CNC machining, machine utilization, capacity, scheduling, tooling, and production workflow
  • Hands-on understanding of ERP/MRP systems and their use in production planning, scheduling, inventory, capacity, and manufacturing execution
  • Experience leading supervisors/managers and sizable manufacturing teams
  • Proven track record improving throughput, delivery, productivity, efficiency, or cost
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs and data-driven operational management
  • Experience within complex, high-mix manufacturing environments
  • Aerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferred; medical device, automotive, and other complex manufacturing backgrounds will be considered
  • Lean / Continuous Improvement experience preferred
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or related field preferred

Why This Opportunity
