Job description

AI Operations Strategist

Think Like a Gamer. Win Like a Strategist.

Location: Lake Mary, FL (In-Office Position)

Do you enjoy strategy games where every decision impacts the outcome? Are you the person who naturally optimizes resources, solves complex problems, and reacts quickly when conditions change? Whether you’ve mastered real-time strategy games, built automation systems, analyzed data, or thrive in fast-paced operational environments, this could be the perfect role for you.

At Del-Air, we’re combining artificial intelligence with real-world operations to revolutionize how residential service is delivered. Our AI handles the dispatching—but it still needs a strategic thinker behind the scenes to monitor the game board, make high-impact decisions, and maximize every opportunity.

This isn’t a traditional dispatcher role. You’re the strategist overseeing the AI.

What You’ll Do

Think of our operation as a live strategy game.

You’ll monitor an AI-powered dispatch platform that assigns technicians throughout the day. Your job is to evaluate the AI’s decisions, identify opportunities it may miss, and continuously optimize the system to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

Every decision matters.

You’ll:

· Monitor and optimize a live AI dispatch board throughout the day.

· Validate AI-generated technician and Residential Sales Consultant (RSC) assignments.

· Identify scheduling gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities before they become problems.

· Make strategic adjustments to maximize technician productivity and same-day service.

· Ensure revenue opportunities are routed to the right team members.

· Monitor AI-driven customer communications and escalate exceptions when necessary.

· Partner with Center General Managers and field leaders to improve operational performance.

· Analyze trends and identify ways to improve workflows and AI performance.

· Maintain real-time awareness of technician availability and market capacity.

Who Thrives Here?

This role is ideal for people who naturally think several moves ahead.

You might be a great fit if you:

· Love strategy games, simulation games, or resource management games.

· Enjoy optimizing systems and finding the most efficient solution.

· Stay calm under pressure and make smart decisions quickly.

· Enjoy dashboards, analytics, AI, automation, and technology.

· Like solving puzzles using logic instead of guesswork.

· Prefer fast-paced environments where every day is different.

Qualifications

Required

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent organizational and time management abilities

· High attention to detail

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Comfortable learning and working with AI technology and operational software

Preferred

· Experience with dispatch or scheduling software

· AI-assisted operations experience

· Logistics, operations, or service industry experience

· Strong understanding of performance metrics and operational analytics

How Success Is Measured

You’ll help drive measurable business results through:

· Technician productivity

· Dispatch efficiency

· Schedule optimization

· Revenue generation

· AI assignment accuracy

· Same-day service completion

· Customer satisfaction

· Monthly operational performance and profitability

Why Del-Air?

You’ll work at the forefront of artificial intelligence and operations, helping shape how AI and humans collaborate to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This is a rare opportunity to build a career where technology, analytics, strategy, and real-time decision-making intersect.

If you’ve ever enjoyed optimizing a game, building the perfect strategy, managing complex systems, or using technology to solve difficult problems, you’ll feel right at home here.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Lake Mary office. You’ll work alongside operations leaders and AI technology in a collaborative environment where your decisions have an immediate impact on business performance.
