Contract Type: W2
Duration: 12 Months
Location: San Francisco, CA - 94103 (#LI - Remote)
Pay Range: $88/hr - $93/hr
Travel: Required for Onsite events

Job Summary: This role will spearhead the operational strategy and execution for major upcoming global events, focusing on leveraging exclusive partnership assets to drive business objectives. You will be responsible for developing robust operational plans, managing the allocation of critical resources, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event delivery. Success will involve meticulous planning, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication across various internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic operational plans for major sporting events.
  • Manage the distribution and delivery of event-related assets.
  • Oversee onsite operational staff and their workstream execution.
  • Create contingency plans for workforce and guest safety.
  • Facilitate internal operational communications and reporting.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience with Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup operations.
  • Expertise in managing high-profile individuals and VIP needs at events.
  • Deep understanding of sports events and relevant governing bodies.

This role requires extensive experience in the domain of major international sporting events.
