The role

As an Operations Manager, you'll own the daily movement behind Parkday.

From building schedules and leading our Brand Ambassador team to coordinating restaurants, clients, and deliveries, you'll make sure every service runs smoothly and every customer interaction reflects the level of hospitality we're known for.

You'll hire and manage a growing team of Brand Ambassadors while helping scale operations across the Bay Area. You'll also work closely with our engineering team to automate repetitive processes and continuously improve how we operate.

Beyond day to day operations, you'll help grow our restaurant network by identifying outstanding local restaurant partners and bringing them onto the platform.

What you'll do

• Hire, manage, and lead a team of Brand Ambassadors
• Build weekly schedules while ensuring strong staffing coverage across clients
• Coordinate restaurants, delivery staff, and corporate clients each day
• Deliver exceptional customer support with fast, thoughtful communication
• Solve operational issues in real time while keeping service running smoothly
• Work with Engineering to automate manual workflows and improve internal tools
• Build scalable systems that elevate both operational efficiency and hospitality
• Help launch new clients and expand Parkday throughout the Bay Area
• Onboard new restaurant partners on the platform
