Job Description:
The Sr Business Mgmt Analyst provides specialized business management guidance and support for a functional area and implement policies/processes and/or initiatives to meet business management, strategy and governance objectives. May provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.
Depth & Scope:
  • Works independently as the senior analyst /subject matter expert and may coach and educate others
  • Considered a subject matter expert within a given area
  • Oversees and/or independently performs tasks from end to end
  • Focus on short to medium -term issues (e.g. monthly-quarterly)

Education & Experience:
  • Undergraduate degree
  • 5 + years relevant experience

Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, finance, technology, operations, product support, project management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ yrs of experience with FIS or other banking technology vendor platforms.
  • Professional certifications in business analysis, Agile, project management, payments, treasury management, risk, or financial services are a plus.
  • Comfort operating in a hybrid, matrixed environment with evolving priorities, tight timelines, and high visibility deliverables.
  • Direct experience supporting TD eTreasury or similar commercial online banking platforms.
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management client onboarding, servicing, implementation, training, and support models.
  • Experience supporting platform upgrades, customer migrations, authentication or token replacement initiatives, fraud-prevention campaigns, or digital banking modernization programs.
  • Familiarity with issue escalation, self-identification processes, operational risk reviews, procedure management, control documentation, and internal governance routines.
  • Experience creating customer-facing communications, training guides, knowledge center content, FAQs, release notes, meeting materials, and executive updates.
  • Ability to analyze issues, customer pain points, service trends, data points, and operational impacts to support recommendations and practical improvements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar collaboration, reporting, documentation, and project tracking tools.
