Job Summary:
Trideum Corporation is a 100% employee-owned company dedicated to tackling challenging problems with a focus on customer service. They are seeking a Senior Operations Research Analyst to support the United States Army by designing and developing business intelligence solutions, transforming data into actionable insights, and maintaining data integrity.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintains business intelligence solutions to meet organizational requirements. Transforming raw data from various sources into interactive visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support informed, data-driven data as required by the Government Task Lead.
• Connect and consolidate data from disparate sources, including enterprise systems (e.g., Army Vantage), databases (e.g., cProbe), spreadsheets, and cloud services, to provide a comprehensive view of organizational information.
• Conduct data modeling and transformation, which includes, but not limited to structuring, cleansing, and refining data to create robust and reliable data models for analysis.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Create tailored dashboards and reports that convert complex data into actionable insights, making it easy to visualize and analyze critical information.
• Monitor data source integrity and the efficiency of data transformation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain expertise in relevant Army data platforms and commercial Business Intelligence (BI) tools to analyze and visualize data.
• This position may require some travel not to exceed 20%.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in military operations, military information technology, or military models and simulations.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with databases and data querying languages (e.g., SQL).
• Experience with Army data systems such as Army Vantage.
• Familiarity with cProbe or similar data environments.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
